Dr. Daniel Lee
Director of Program and Coaching
Daniel Lee, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience working with youth and their families in settings including the Los Angeles (LA) Unified School District, LA County Department of Mental Health, educational centers, and nonprofits. As a Provost Fellow, he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California (USC) and did his postdoctoral training in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Keck School of Medicine of USC.

Chrissy Papetti
Program and Coaching Manager
Chrissy is an LA-based licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Life and Success Coach. She brings a decade of experience creating and delivering group/individual coaching programs across a variety of settings to help youth gain the skills they need to maximize their well-being, health, and performance.

Dr. Maggie Vaughan
Program Development
Maggie C. Vaughan, Ph.D. is an NYC-based marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Her work draws upon Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, as well as Existential and Psychodynamic theory. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Vaughan acts as founder and executive director of Happy Apple®, a Midtown Manhattan psychotherapy center.

George Moringer
Co-Founder and CEO
George is the co-founder and CEO of tapouts. His vision is to build the future generation's Life Academy, a safe space for kids to become confident and resilient and grow. In his free time, George enjoys teaching children how to code. He studied Philosophy and Communication Sciences at the University of Vienna.

Wolfgang is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Luxasia, the largest luxury omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific. Previously he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Post and a McKinsey partner.

Pooranan is a passionate technology leader accomplished in building scalable, secure software products at speed. He brings over two decades of experience in building and operating complex software products. He focuses on great user experience through well thought out designs and using the right tools and technologies.

Tom is the Director of Operations at tapouts. He has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and e-commerce, working on projects across the world. With operational excellence at the forefront, Tom seeks to elevate the tapouts experience for each child and parent.

Operations Analyst
Leo was born in Düsseldorf, Germany and educated in Switzerland and Hawai'i. After earning an MBA from the HULT Business School in San Francisco, he joined tapouts to manage day-to-day operations. Leo strives to bring operational excellence to tapouts to ensure the company can help kids build confidence and resilience for a better and healthier future.

Bronwyn is a certified youth life coach with a master's degree in education and psychology with 30 years of teaching children. She has devoted her life to educating, empowering, and motivating kids to live their best lives.

Carol is a certified youth life coach. She's worked with children for more than 25 years as a master taekwondo instructor, a teacher's aide, a Boy Scout and a Girl Scout leader, and a Gymboree Play & Music teacher.

Julienne is a certified youth life coach in NY and she has a background in Psychology. She has worked with children in different capacities for over 10 years. She currently teaches Leadership and Life Skills to children as well as volunteers as a Boy Scout leader.

Victoria is a youth life coach and has been working with kids for over 15 years. Her mission in working with kids and families is to promote resilience through confidence, communication, and connection. Victoria is a mom to 5 kids and lives in Colorado.
